If AT&T merges with T-Mobile I fear we’re doomed! Our recent experience having the DSL repaired resulted in 3 very long phone calls including one in which AT&T stated that we did not have an active account with them. Today the repair person “dropped-bye,” before 9 a.m. and that was nearly a day late! To top it off, in order to learn if AT&T plans to charge us for our trouble I have to create an on-line account and download the detailed Insolent report! Competition is important and customer service is a commodity I seek out in a company. There is such a thing as Too Big!
